Do I need an Appointment?
Yes, we want to know everything about your wedding so to give you our undivided attention please schedule your appointment.
How long are appointments?
We schedule our appointments for 60 minutes. We are not a salon that will rush you out the door when your time is up. Selecting a wedding gown is an important process so we want you to feel relaxed and not pressured.
Who should I bring with me to my appointment?
Selecting your gown is one of the most intimate moments with your family and friends. Plan to bring any key decision makers with you. We don’t want anyone to miss the moment, so if someone can’t join in on the fun, you can Facetime them. We have limited space in the boutique and can comfortably host up to 4 guests. If you have a larger party please call us so we can accommodate your needs.
What about undergarments?
Your consultant will be in the dressing room to help you into each gown. So, please wear something you are comfortable in. Light colored undergarments, strapless bra, and Spanx (if desired) are suggested.
Can I take pictures during my appointment?
Yes! We love to have fun and add to your memories! So... snap away! #SOSNBridalVA
What is your reservation/cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice of a cancellation, this is because we reserve a private dressing room and bridal stylist for each bride. If something comes up, give us a call or you can cancel in the link in your confirmation email for the appointment. Thank you!!
What is your return and refund policy?
All merchandise is final sale and is not subject to change, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
Will you purchase my bridal gown or sell consignment?
We only sell unaltered new or sample gowns so unfortunately we cannot purchase any previously worn bridal gowns and due to our company policy, we do not sell consignment gowns.
